Mafic sand

Magnesia iron sand refers to magnesia refractory raw material calcined at high temperature by adding high calcium magnesite (CaO<6%) into iron concentrate or iron scale. Reburned magnesia is also called high iron magnesia. When producing synthetic ferromagnesia sand in the rotary kiln, according to the chemical composition requirements of the finished product, high calcium magnesite is used to add iron concentrate or iron scale, which is grinded together and then granulated. The synthetic ferromagnesia sand is calcined in the rotary kiln using heavy oil as fuel, and its mineral composition is distributed evenly. And then crushed into 0-3/0-5mm finished products; Coke is used as fuel in the shaft kiln. The calcined high calcium magnesite is withdrawn into the iron concentrate at the same time, and the satin calcined magnesite sand is broken into 0-3/0-5mm finished products. It is used as materials for steelmaking, open hearth smelting and furnace repair.
